I have moderate acne and it becomes cystic in the wintertime. This gets rid of cystic pimples and dryness. The only reason I give it a four instead of a five is because it doesnt completely get rid of the blackheads I have on my nose. Otherwise, I totally recommend this product. I also really love the SkinCeuticals clay masque.

This stuff works great. Leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth.
I love how it exfoliates, yet doesn't dry my skin out. Skin seems fresh after I use it.

After having the Skinceuticals line recommended to me by an aesthetician, I am very happy to continue using these products! I am in my mid-30's and still have problem skin-cystic acne near my ears and occasional t-zone breakouts. I love the clarifying cleanser as it gently cleanses my skin without being too drying. I follow it up with prescription Differin gel and have great skin and no acne! This is an excellent product, especially if you have acne that does not respond to salicylic acid, and a great alternative to proactiv.
