Much like many of the reviews here, (which I should have payed more attention to prior to ordering) I received not only two completely different brush heads than I originally ordered, but one of the brushes has CLEARLY been used. There is a strong odor of some sort of cleansing agent, and dried residue all over the outside part. The bristles are also frayed, and I could not be more disgusted. In fact, I threw up a little when I took them out of the box. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO NORDSTROM!!!!!

I bought brush heads from Amazon and they are fake.I have proof but my photo keeps getting deleted and I do not know how to keep it there. The photo I took shows the packaging of the box and how they counterfeited the product wrong. The photo showed a blue brush for acne cleansing. If you look at a photo from Clarisonic, you will see that acne brushes are green and not blue. These brushes have counterfeit boxes and I'm pretty sure the brushes are counterfeit as well because after a week, they carried this stench that never happened before when I bought the brushes off Clarisonic. I understand they are cheap but these sellers should not be able to claim they are Clarisonic brand when they are not! They sellers contacted me and gave me a New York area code. I did some research and checked eBay and I found a ton of sellers with prices very low just like Amazon. Some of the sellers already state that they are generic and fit the Mia, never claiming them to be real. Coincidentally, majority of the sellers with low prices are shipping from New York. (Some of the photos on eBay have the photo of the blue brush head on the box of a acne cleansing)

I did a video review, but the file was too big for Amazon, so I posted it on YouTube at <http://youtu.be/UDSb8PjVJMc>.

My husband ordered these for me just after I signed up for the automatic delivery from Clarisonic.com. Both packages arrived within days of each other, so I was able to compare them side by side. These, compared to the brush heads that arrived from the factory store, are softer, less dense and the moving part is a little less smooth.

The bristles are less dense on these than on the genuine brush heads. Upon first use, one of the bristles fell out.

The bristles are MUCH softer than those on the genuine brush heads. Even my young daughter said that the "amazon brush" was "so much softer." I would say that these brush heads are even softer than the genuine "sensitive" brush heads, which makes me question the cleaning capability.

The center part that turns and vibrates when attached to the cleaning tool is not as smooth when it turns as the genuine one.

I'm very sure that these are not genuine. The inscriptions on the back of the brush head are not the same, so they are definitely being manufactured in a different factory. Another reviewer claimed to have received a used one. I used one once and noticed it was inferior quality to what I had been using. It would not surprise me from a company that sells knock-offs that they would just put it back on the shelf.

I gave it 2 stars because it does actually work on the Mia and it probably cleans fine. It's just not genuine, so don't expect it to be the same quality. For me, if I'm going to go through the expense and trouble of washing my face with a $200 tool, I'm going to want the real deal.

These are not authentic Clarisonic Brush Heads.
No where near the quality of true Clarisonic products. I was suspicious when I received the product, but tested it anyway. It made my new Aria make an awful clicking noise and didn't cleanse any better than the head I had just replaced (after 3 months use).
Like you I was trying to save a few bucks, but let's be real ladies. You didn't spend $140-$200+ just to skimp on a cheap knock off. Utilize your investment.

Tthe bristles do not exfoliate at all. This style of brush head is a waste of money. They don't even hold their shape and fray leaving you with the sensation you are using the base itself to wash your face with.

A bunch of hair on this replacement brush head started to fall out after the first use!! Also it feels very coarse on face. I would not recommend buying it at all. :-(

I usually purchase replacement brush heads from Macy's (twin pack for $40) but I decided to shop around and thought I could save some money. I had tried the deep pore brush heads previously and liked it. However, although these came in the exact same packaging and looked authentic, they felt completely different. They get the job done but feel much harsher on my skin. They even fit differently on the Clarisonic body. It clicks into place but not as perfectly as the ones I have purchased from Macy's or the Clarisonic website. I think these may be defective ones. I don't know if that's why they are sold for a lower price or what, but I wasn't happy and will spend a little extra at Macy's or from the actual website from now on.
