I bought this for mother who is quite deaf as it assists her in being able to hear over the phone. She has had an identical one for over 20 years and it finally died. I had great difficulty finding this product in Canada, in fact, I could not. I ordered two of this item so if one should break she will have 1 in reserve. I was happy with the delivery time and the purchase price. Would definitely recommend this company and in particular this product.
