If you are a leader or just want to improve your leadership skills, this book is for you. Shandel draws from years of working with entrepreneurs, as well as her own life experiences, to compile an abundance of knowledge and guidance into easy-to-read lessons that pack a huge punch. This is the best return on invested time that I've ever gotten from a book. I highly recommend it!!

The time it takes to read a book on leadership and management skills cover to cover is not something this busy business owner has time for. Rather than having to digest hundreds of pages for a few simple points, Shandell Slaten provides just two pages on a thought provoking concepts - one concept for each week for a year. Her book has provided a simple approach to being more consistent and disciplined to think, plan and set goals related to developing myself as a business leader and functioning more effectively as an employer. If you are used to a daily reader for life or religious inspiration, you will love this weekly reader to stimulate your mind and inspire your heart.
