This phone is easy to set up and provides great clarity. The programmable buttons can be set up to contain a photo or a written name. The oversized number buttons are also easy to use for those with vision or motor impairments. I bought it as a gift for someone with macular degeneration, parkinson's and hearing impairment; he and his wife both love it. The ability to communicate more easily with family and friends is invaluable.

Product performs as advertised -- nice and relatively clear amplification.It would be nice if the phone had a Caller ID display and if more assignable button templates were included.
