Since "comfort" is a term relative to age and occupation, I will mention I am a 45-yr-old school teacher and recovering from a broken foot. That said, this is a very comfortable, stable shoe, and it fits true to size (medium width). If you haven't tried Clarks before, prepare to be blissed.

These shoes are really comfortable, but I would agree with the other reviewer that says these shoes run a little bit wide. The heel feels weirdly narrow in relation to the size of the body--it took a minute to adjust to walking on it--but not really that big a deal. Love the red color and the look.

I've always liked Clark's, so I felt comfortable buying these online. I purchase the wide shoe since I usually need more room across my toes. This shoe felt like a medium width with a strap that would allow for way too much room. I like the look of the shoe since it isn't too dressy or too casual. I will be shortening the strap to fit across my arch. The leather is smooth and sturdy.

This is my third pair of Dellwood Oak shoes.I'm a teacher and I'm constantly on my feet and these shoes are the most comfortable that I have come across in the last decade. I like the felt cushioning which makes them versatile both in cold or warm days.I had a hard time finding this last pair in my size.I hope Clarks is not going to discontinue them.

I have a narrow foot and was happy to see these Mary Janes offered in RED! I have purchased Clarks in the past, and they are generally well-made. However, even the narrow shoes were too wide. The adjustable strap was no help, since it has velcro. If I pulled the strap snugly around my foot, there was no velcro to catch the strap. To make it fit securely, I would have had to replace the metal loop with a buckle and put holes in the other strap.... To much fiddling; more expense, and a risk that it wouldn't work. I had to return the shoes.
