Clarks Women's Lakeport Sandal

Over the years I have purchased many Clarks shoes/sandals and I have always thought they did a good job combining comfort with visual appeal. (That's not an easy thing to do.) These sandals are comfortable and I thought I would like the strappy look. The problem is that I have to constantly adjust the middle leather piece because it moves from the center until it hits the buckle on the outer part of my foot. That is not a good look!

Sandals very confortable and true to size. Center piece does slide but a quick trip to the local shoe repair shop has stopped that.

I love the color and quality of these sandals. But comfort is not that great.

Love these shoes, they look nice and are very comfortable.
The only point I would make is that they are not as light in colour as I was expecting.
The 'Peanut' image wasn't my idea of peanut...... It was more like a light tan.

I love these Clarks! They are so soft and fit my foot perfectly. I read some of the other reviews and I don't have any problem with the middle leather piece moving over to the side (likely because they fit my feet so well there is no room for it to move), nor do they "squish" when I walk (likely because they fit my feet perfectly). I have bunion issues sometimes and my foot is wide in the toe area. These shoes are the perfect width in that area and they do not irritate my bunions. They are so soft and very light-weight. I may never wear anything but Clarks from this point forward. My sister has worn only Clarks for years and she kept telling me to try them. Had I known then what I know now, I would have tried a pair years ago.

I've had these a while now and I think the problem is is that I need to have some additional holes added to the strap so I can tighten it. Otherwise they are loose. I like the color, nice for summer to fall.

These Clarks Sandals are very comfortable and look great.
They are true to size. But although Clarks are great walking shoes, I wouldn't count on walking very long distances in them since they really don't have much support. But, after all, they are sandals and you can't have fashion in strappy sandals and expect the support of a walking shoe. But for casual walking (think the mall) they are great. I would recommend them highly.

I had been thinking about these sandals for quite a while.
I am so very happy that I now own them.

Cute, comfortable, the perfect color BUT the right sandal made a very loud swishy air noise with every step. Very disappointing...I returned them. Come to think of it, this is the second time that has happened with the Clark's Artisan line. Maybe it is a manufacturing design flaw that they should address.

The shoe ran too big and wide...had to return it. Too bad, it was a cute sandal
