5.0 out of 5 stars Terrific Shoe
This is a terrific shoe. Fits like a glove, requires no break in, and offers great foot support. I've worn them many long days (12+ hours), with much walking and even climbing of ladders, etc., and they are wonderful. I liked the first pair so much that I bought a second in a different color. I am now "in the hunt" for more shoes of this type.

I broke my back two years ago and have had persistent low back pain ever since. Clarks Unstructured line of shoes are the only non-sneaker shoes I can wear for a full day of work. 3.0 out of 5 stars Incredibly comfortable shoes, July 8, 2010
I broke my back two years ago and have had persistent low back pain ever since. Clarks Unstructured line of shoes are the only non-sneaker shoes I can wear for a full day of work. The rubber soles and supportive insoles relieve my back pain and are comfy on my feet as well. I own several different versions, but I particularly like this one. I have them in olive and am getting the maroon too. Of the fully closed Unstructured shoes, I think they're the cutest, although they do look a little "elfy" and fare much better with pants than skirts.

Update: While I still love these shoes, there is one serious flaw to the entire line of Clarks Unstructured shoes--they wear out and look old fast. The color fades very quickly on the toes, leaving really noticeable lighter spots, and the insole wears out quickly, losing a lot of the spring that makes these shoes so comfortable. Clarks does not sell replacement insoles. Why would they, when they can force you to buy a whole new shoe?

Just wanted to let you know that I have a lot of foot problems and have only been able to wear tennis shoes lately. These are great shoes. Thanks

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable Slip-On, December 7, 2010
By
Following several foot and ankle surgeries, it has been extremely difficult to find a shoe that is comfortable. Orthotics have not helped me either, as I had hoped, and in addition, they are very expensive. The Clarks Unstructured Loop Slip-On was, what I would consider, pricey but worth it. They do appear to be rather wide across the top but the fit was exact. The style of shoe is not what I would consider, the best of Clarks but rather conservative in appearance. The insole was just what I looking for and I can walk without pain, without adding orthotics. Also, for me, they are true to size. I am pleased with this pair of shoes and recommend giving them a try!

5.0 out of 5 stars Extreme comfort, September 19, 2008
My family has problems with shoes, namely because of our high arches. So when my sister and my mom both raved about these shoes, I had to get a pair. They are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. My feet don't feel tired after wearing them. They look great with dress pants, although I would probably stay away from skirts. Definitely recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than slippers!, November 4, 2009

I have sensitive feet and a bad back, but I'm still fairly young, so hip, comfortable shoes can be hard to find. I bought a pair of these in blue, and loved them so much that I went back and bought them in brown and black, too! They are essentially the only shoes I wear to my business-casual job. As others have said, they require no "breaking in"... they're comfortable all day the first time you wear them. They're cushy and light, and really more comfortable than my shearling slippers. I think the ventilation really does work, since with thin socks my feet have actually felt a little cold on occasion. I'm also not sure how the holes in the soles will perform in the rain... we don't get much of that in Southern California!

I really love these shoes, and am looking for other styles that are as comfortable.

These are the most comfortable Clarks shoes I have ever purchased. They are lightweight and required no breaking in. These are perfect for the walking I do on my job everyday.

Extremely comfortable, leather is soft and a good weight, no break-in needed and a nice blue color. I wore these for the first time on an oversea trip with lots of walking and sightseeing, with no problems at all. This particular style and color was impossible to find in local stores, and Amazon also offered the best pricing.

3.0 out of 5 stars Casual Shoe, June 14, 2011

I bought this shoe for a comfortable walking shoe, something I could walk in all day. Though it is comfortable, it doesn't have as much support and thickness in the sole as I was personally hoping for. I wear it with an orthodic and that helps. Lots of room inside, I wear a medium-thickness sock for comfort and a better fit with this shoe. Not too attractive, it's definitely a casual shoe for jeans and khakis. Was hoping it would be perfect for me out of the box, not quite that, but I have a difficult time finding shoes that are all-day comfortable for my feet.
