The underside of the buckle hurt the second I put it on. Didn't get past it. Maybe I had a defective pair but since I basically paid for shipping on an item that hurt like hell I was none too pleased.

Love the color and look of the shoe. But...I wish I had listened to the other customers who bought the shoe. The back of my ankles got tore up so bad from wearing these shoes one time that I had to walk on the backs of them and wear band-aids for two weeks and my ankle swelled up for a few days. A month later I still cannot wear the shoes and my right ankle back still is crusted over and bleeds on occasion. I still have to wear band-aids sometimes, particularly on the right foot.

I ordered half a size up and added $5 heel liners. With those two adjustments, these shoes are very comfortable. The Clarks Artisan line has the most comfortable and supportive footbed, like walking on a cloud. Only 4 stars because I had to make these adjustments. For a total of $20, this was a great buy.

I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought these shoes for $30. But they are horrible. The sole is fantastic, it's really comfortable. But the back! The ruched stitches make them impossible to break in. Order at least a size up, if you're going to dare to buy this. I've worn them two or three times, thinking the other reviewers had to be exagerrating about the heel. But all I managed to do is wear them enough so that I can't send them back. Definitely not satisfied with this purchase.

These shoes are so cute! However, the heel of the shoe is cut a bit tight and high and really rubs the back of the heel. I've tried very hard to break them in hoping this minor flaw would go away - so far to no avail. I can wear them for short periods of time with a bandaid on my heels and socks on, but who wants to do that!

It was a very nice shoe, but just didn't fit my foot correctly. The arch was not in the right place and they were too tight on the toe box.

I bought these knowing otheres stated the backs hurt I wore bandaied the first time this seemed to have streatched them just enough, No Pain .. very very comfortable as you would expect from Clark . I have had many complements
