The first day I wore these shoes they were comfortable all day - which is unusual for me. They have a padded edge at the heel so they don't dig in, the toe has plenty of room but isn't boxy and the fit is true-to-size. No pinching, no rubbing, just comfort. I wanted a shoe that would go with both pants and skirts and I'm very happy with them. In fact, I've had good success with Clarks shoes for the past 10 years.

I highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable. They run a little big. I ordered an 8 and could have gone lower by a half size. They don't really need any break in time. I put them on the morning after they arrived and wore them all day at work and afterward with no pain whatever. I don't normally wear heals because they hurt my feet but these are the sole (pardon the pun) exception. I would recommend these to any woman who wants a comfortable pair of heels for work or casual wear.

These are great shoes I love everything about them, the heel is perfect the leather is good quality and I love the style. I would recommend them to anyone.

The shoes did not run true to my shoe size, so I looked to see how to exchange. Well, you can't exchange! I had to do a return, pay for shipping back. I got a refund much less than I had spent originally, and I still don't have shoes. I would love to reorder a different size, but I will not risk the expense again. Not a customer friendly transaction. First and last purchase for me.
However, the shoes were awesome. I just wanted them to fit.
(As a customer service rep myself, I am grateful my company does what is best for the customer...........and they come back repeatedly!)

I love these shoes...they are one of my favorite pairs and I wear them all the time. Ran true to size. I have gotten so many complements on them! Love Love Love them.

These shoes are extremely well made, have great non-slip soles and look good. However, they are made VERY narrow, and have a lining over the leather on the inside that prevents the leather from stretching. As a result, the first and only time I wore them, my feet were killing me. I plan to bring them to my local shoe repair guy and ask him to stretch them for me. Hopefully, that will work.

I always am satisfied with Clarks shoe, and these are no exception. The only thing that I want to let other people know is that they DON'T run large in size. I usually order a size 8, but after reading some reviews about them, I decided to go down a size, and they are a little bit too small-but I like them so well,I just hope they will stretch out!

Very comfortable shoe. I have problems with fitting my uneven wide feet and these fit nice. They look great and I am very happy

As other say, the size is half bigger than the usual ones. Because I like the t-strap style so much, I returned size 5.5M and reorder size 5M. Then the length is right. When I am bare feet, the width is comfortable. The leather is medium soft, not as soft and comfortable as Naturalizer. The height is extract 2 inches. After half day's wearning, the leather is not got tender enough for me to hold socks, yet. It is almost like to wear flat ones. My legs don't get any pain. The color is true brown, but not deep enough for me. It looks a little high around the round toes. This make it looks a little bold, not delicate. Maybe it is good for feet's ventilation. Around the ankles, it is wide. It will fall down if no straps. Then it is so easy to slip in.
