Defeat your opponent over the course of five duels in this exciting strategic card game based on the battle between Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul in Star Wars: Episode I, The Phantom Menace. Each duel consists of three battles during which both players lay out "power" cards to try to outscore one another. You begin each duel with a hand of seven cards (although remaining cards from each preceding duel are kept in your hand). In addition to playing cards in your hand or discarded cards, there are "special" cards that you may play to affect the game's scoring.

This game is great! If you like strategy games, you'll love this one. You can be either Qui-Gon Jinn or Darth Maul, and you try to beat your opponent by using the cards in your hand. It also comes with really cool pewter figures of Qui-Gon and Darth Maul. END

Star Wars Episode I Clash of the lightsabers Card Game is great. There are alot of bad card games out there are made that are horrible, but this one is fantastic. I just can`t get enough of this game. I would suggest this card game for all ages! It`s GREAT! Try It!!!!

Don't be fooled by the packaging, the fact that it's a movie tie-in game, etc. This is a very nice card game! It has the feel of a "German" style game with easy-to-comprehend instructions (a little booklet dominated by layout diagrams more than text), two attractive decks of cards (one for Qui-Gon and one for Darth Maul), and a couple matching, "collectible" pewter figures. All-in-all definitely worth your money!
