I bought this model to replace an old aluminum coffee urn, I had for many years, that had started to brew over and over again after the initial start brew.The new 30 cup SS coffee urn I have recently bought does the same thing.It also splashes coffee from the spout until more than half empty, then pours well. The removable components are not dishwasher safe. I will not buy this model again.
