BEST HC IN YEARS, April 23, 2008
This review is from: Class War (Audio CD)
WIC is a band that could have come straight out of 1988. No frills grown-man working class hardcore. The guys in this band are tested vets of the HC world. Lyrically this band hits the nail on the head for these times with topics of lower/middle class strife with lots of nods to classic NYHC and traditional European Oi while putting their own spin on it. This is a band that is SORELY needed by this generation of HC types and is a great breath of frsh air compared to the majority of bands which seem to be based upon their image/lable/etc rather than the actual music and it's message. DOn;t sleep on this release or this band. If you ware looking for something REAL.. look no further.

Best Band Around Today!, October 6, 2007
This review is from: Class War (Audio CD)
Wow! Wisdom does it again. Im surprised these guys dont have a bigger name yet. This album is just as good if not, better than Die Young. You just want to keep listening and yelling every lyric to every song. Your head will just keep nodding. Great rhythms and has some real catchy songs. They should really make a video for Cap City. My other favs are My Promise (best on the CD), Land of Kings, I Dont Care, and No Smiles in the Ghetto. Either way the whole entire album is killer. If you like hardcore or punk (or good music in general) and you dont own this album, you are seriously missing out. I cant wait to catch a show someday. "BFL WE HOLD IT DOWN!"
