There are better books out there...,

This book is alright if you want old fashioned interpretations from well known interpreters such as Nostradamus. It contains a very throrough dictionary of interpretations for things in the lives of people who lived centuries ago...and completely lacks interpretations for many common items and occurrences in people's dreams today. For example, it tells you how to interpret Abel, Adam's second son, appearing in your dream (and how many people really dream of that?!), but when you go to look up something modern that appeared in your dream - say, "car", for example, it simply is not there. Neither is automobile, intercourse, or MANY other terms I have attempted to look up.In addition, I've also noticed that everything I AM able to find in the dream dictionary seems to predict bad things - very rarely is a positive interpretation found. I no longer use this book at all - you're much better off finding one that has explanations for things that actually occur in people's dreams and gives positive interpretations a bit more often. |
