Amazon did it's job by getting me a great product at a great price, however, getting the product delivered was awful. I ordered on December 13th and never received the product until January 8, 2009. It had no moved from on state to another from December 16th until December 24th. While dealing with UPS, they gave me such a run a round. One person would tell me the weather was bad, one would tell me due to the christmas rush and finally I was told the package was miss routed several times. So 23 days later, I got the product that I ordered. All in all, I got the item that I ordered, but my son had no gift for christmas.
