As a man who has worn underwear most of his life, I would consider myself somewhat of an expert. These boxer briefs are the perfect combination of support and freedom. One thing i didn't care for with briefs is that sometimes they felt a bit constricting and with boxers, i didn't feel that they offered me enough support when i wanted to do spontaneous athletic activities, and then tended to bunch up in my pants which always annoyed me.

These boxer briefs do a wonderful job combining all the positives of both popular styles of underpants while effectively reducing the negatives. The support of briefs, the comfort of boxers. I've worn several types of boxer briefs and personally think that jockey has nailed it when it comes value and comfort. I highly recommend these and will be wearing these until i die, and actually will still have them on when i die (unless i die doing something that doesn't require underpants).

The price was actually in line with what I've seen at Macy's for this product, so, perhaps you can find it cheaper at another department store, but I think it's reasonable.

I purchased these boxer shorts for my husband. He absolutley loves them. They are true to size, very comfortable in every way and still seem like new after several washings. He liked them so much that I purchased another 3 pack for him at a wholesale club for exactly one-half of what I had paid through Amazon. I know prices vary for a lot for different reasons but I haven't seen them priced in any retail store as high as Amazon. Shop around, don't goof-up like me with the price.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT EXPECTING A DECENT PAIR OF BRIEFS. I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW COMFORTABLE THEY ARE AND THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL. I SUGGEST THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GOOD BOXER BRIEF. YOU DEFININETLY GET A BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

They do what they're designed to do and if I do say so myself, they look good doing it.

The only reason I'm giving these three stars instead of two is that it was my error in not noting that they are 100% cotton and I readily admit that this is a completely subjective review.

The issue: Because they are 100% cotton the only two places that they fit snugly is at the waist and at the cuffs and even the cuffs eventually stretch to the point of annoying looseness.

I travel fairly extensively to a variety of locations and so have developed what is probably exceptional hygiene out of necessity and I will routinely wear the same pair of briefs for two days or on occasion even three but by the end of even one day of wear these things feel like a saggy diaper due to the cotton being stretched and not having any Spandex to help retain their shape.

I'm a big guy and pretty active which I'm sure contributes to the issue but I've been wearing Jockey for years and even back in the days when everything was 100% cotton I don't remember having the really disconcerting "diaper" effect caused by the waist and cuffs being tighter than the rest of the brief.

Obviously from the rest of the reviews these will be just fine for a lot of people but if you, like me, have become accustomed to some Spandex I can almost guarantee you will have the same experience as I.

I needed midway length boxers in black and did not want to buy a single item or pay shipping. This particular package came handy. If only they had a 6 pack for black midway boxers it would have been swell.

My husband is pleased with the Jockey shorts. They wash up just great. I will be a repeat buyer in a few years, they last a long time.
