I love all of the Buns of Steel routines and glad that Tamilee has finally put these on DVD as my VHS tapes are worn out and no longer usable.

If you own but one of the three 1990s Tamilee Webb workout videos now available in the triple D.V.D. package THE CLASSIC BUNS OF STEEL COLLECTION, VOLUME TWO, the amount you paid for one V.H.S. tape fifteen-odd years ago differs little from the price of that and two more of her workout titles on D.V.D. today. Adjust for inflation and you're probably paying less for three workout routines than what one cost back then.

I've managed to make my ABS OF STEEL TWO video last but as the V.C.R. format goes out with the Blockbuster store, I know sooner or later either the tape or my player will wear out. THE CLASSIC BUNS OF STEEL COLLECTION, VOLUME TWO offers ABS OF STEEL TWO and, turning a replacement price into a sweetened deal for me, LEGS OF STEEL and BUNS OF STEEL FIVE in durable D.V.D. format.

As she does in her first CLASSIC BUNS triple C.D. set, with CLASSIC BUNS OF STEEL COLLECTION, VOLUME TWO Tamilee Webb adds what she calls "challenge segments" to each of the three titles. While the original videos reissued here play in the background, Ms. Webb demonstrates how to make certain exercise moves more demanding.

I bought each of the two Tamilee Webb CLASSIC BUNS triple D.V.D. sets to upgrade just one V.H.S. title I'd owned to disc format. But in both instances, I found the other two workouts just as or even more rewarding. Tamilee Webb seems to understand that variety motivates you to exercise, lest anyone question why you'd buy ABS OF STEEL and ABS OF STEEL TWO or BUNS OF STEEL THREE and BUNS OF STEEL FIVE.

But Tamilee Webb keeps selling new exercise routines and reissues such as THE CLASSIC BUNS OF STEEL COLLECTION, VOLUME TWO because of one consistency: Tamilee Webb. Ms.

I love Tamilee's videos. Her old VHS videos are finally in DVD and she is working to have them all in DVD as I understand it. We've been asking her to do the switch to DVD for the old classics and she finally was able to do it. My VHS went bye bye ages ago so I am totally thrilled at every new DVD from her that I recognize as the classic hard workout that I have gotten from the VHS version. Just doing the exercise and having someone giving hints how to do it right is perfect. Many of us just don't need the music and fluff that goes with some modern exercise videos. We want the workout and just that and Tamilee delivers the best of the best. She gives excellent hints how to do the workout well and the cautions to be aware of. She's an example of what she teaches and she teaches it right. She has the educational background. She isn't some model making money off a video. She is a real instructor with the degrees to prove. If you want a good solid workout, she's the name to look for. Just outstanding videos. And yes these are the old classics not jazzed up.

I also expected to see Tamilee recreate, not copy, the original workouts for the DVD release. Alas, the picture and sound quality is poor. In spite of that, I won't be discouraged from using this program. I have been utilizing home exercise programs since forever (well, actually, 20 years or so) and have a tape/DVD library that includes just about every fad workout released during that span of time. I have never, and I mean never, been able to achieve the same results with any other workout than I have with the Buns of Steel series. In fact, I was inspired to research the DVD release after a few hours of flipping through old photo albums and admiring my own cuts and lean muscle clearly visible in pictures from the mid to late 90s. Almost 15 years later, I am ten times busier, eat half as much, and work out twice as hard as I did back then, but still am not close to being in the shape I was when I used this series.

It's been only two weeks since I've made the switch from my Jackie Warner series back to my beloved Buns of Steel, and I'm already seeing those cuts and lean muscle I've missed so very much. I will still use Jackie for my crunch free abs (can no longer do crunches due to a neck injury), but Tamilee is my gal for everything else. Thanks for bringing this back.

Tamilee is brutal. If you really want definition, you will get it. It's difficult, but if you keep at it, you will see results.

I'm not sure if the quality of the DVD; sound and picture is supposed to be poor? I had to turn TV all the way up to hear the voice of Tamilee and the picture quality is washed out. Overall I am happy because i can still accomplish the workouts i wanted, but it really looks like this DVD is a home copied version of the original. My personal opinion would be to buy this DVD either from another seller or try to find in the store.

Tamilee never dissapoints. Upgraded my VHS tapes for the DVD... still sore. :) If you're looking for some quick workouts to break the monontony, I would definately add these to your collection.

So glad to receive my Buns of Steel classics. It's exactly what I was searching for on Amazon!!! It arrived shortly after I ordered it, which was wonderful. It's just as good of a workout as it was almost 20 years ago!!! A great "no-nonsense" workout:):)
