Evoke the Big Band era in your living room with the Classic CSL8 entertainment console, which looks like an old-time radio but includes a modern CD player, a cassette deck, and a three-speed turntable in addition to the AM/FM tuner. The console is rectangular, with a couple of front panels that slant slightly inward to give the box an antique look (the speakers are housed in the panels). Turn the console to the front to control the analog tuner and its illuminated dial scale and its trio of tuning and volume knobs. The retro dial scale is gold-plated and craftily designed, with a look reminiscent of submarine altimeters and old-school thermometers. The tuner also includes an FM wire antenna to improve reception. The front-loading CD player is located on the side of the console, and offers such features as track and disc repeat, random play, skip, program search, and a 20-track memory for custom programming. Flip the console around to access the auto-stop cassette deck.
Appropriately for a classic-looking device, the CSL8 also invites listeners to play their favorite classic LPs and new albums on its three-speed turntable. The turntable runs at speeds of 33, 45, and 78 rpm, and even includes a 45 rpm spindle adapter for users who own singles. Albums will sound clear and crisp--with the high-fidelity clarity for which LPs are known--thanks to the two ceramic needle cartridges (one main and one spare). The console measures 15 by 14.3 by 10.8 inches (W x H x D) and weighs a mere 23.4 pounds.

Good value for money. Plays most media.
I modified it to include 2 back-firing drivers to improve the bass response. Had it for 3mths. Still loving it!
