Each recipe is enhanced with a personal bit of commentary. From Veal New Orleans; Smothered Deer Meat a la Raymond; Oyster Bacon Wrap-Arounds; and Garfish Patties; to Old Fashioned Wilted Salad; Max Dollar's Buttermilk Candy; Gumdrop Cake; and Pineapple Chiffon Pie, Class Cajun Deux is a very special and highly recommended addition to any family cookbook collection.
