When I was in undergrad. school in the late 50's, I worked in Canada. There I listened to a lot of Canadian folk songs. This collection brings back fond memories.

I ordered this CD for my Canadian wife for Christmas, thinking it might contain familiar songs. She only knew one of the songs, and the CD is not our family favorite as I hoped it might become. I'm sure this is a valuable historical collection and I have nothing against it, but we didnt enjoy it as much as I hoped we might.
