Cartoon Classics VOLUME 12: BEST PALS MICKEY AND PLUTO
Since ALL of the classic Mickey Mouse & Pluto cartoons have already been issued on DVD, any inclusion of them on a new DVD would be a re-issue!
PLUTO'S HOUSEWARMING (1947 - previously released on the "Disney Treasures: Pluto volume 1 DVD Tin")
Pluto moves into his new house, but finds that Butch the bulldog and a turtle have also taken up residence there.
PLUTO AND THE ARMADILLO (1943 - previously released on the "Disney Treasures: Pluto volume 1 DVD Tin".)
Mickey and Pluto travel to South America where they meet a playful Armadillo. When Pluto plays too rough it hides, and Pluto thinks he's lost his armadillo friend.
CAT NAP PLUTO (1948 - Also released on the "Disney Treasures: Pluto Volume 2 DVD Tin"!)
Pluto and Figaro the cat chase each other in circles, but both Pluto and Figaro each have their sandman that puts them to sleep.
PLUTO'S PARTY (1952 - previously released on the "Disney Treasures: Mickey In Living Color volume 2 DVD Tin")
At his own birthday party, Pluto gets pushed around by the guests and can't even get a piece of his own birthday cake.
PLUTO, JUNIOR (1942 - previously released on the "Disney Treasures: Pluto volume 1 DVD Tin")
Pluto wants to get his rest but is hounded instead by an energetic puppy, a worm and a goofy bird.
PLUTO'S FLEDGLING (1948 - Also released on the "Disney Treasures: Pluto Volume 2 DVD Tin"!) Pluto tries to teach Orville, a baby bird, how to fly Pluto-style.
PLUTOPIA (1951 - previously released on the "Disney Treasures: Mickey In Living Color volume 2 DVD Tin")
While on vacation at a mountain resort with Mickey, Pluto dreams he is in Utopia with a cat as his butler. If he nips the cat's tail, he can get anything he wants. When he wakes up, Pluto tries nipping a cat's tail, with hilarious results.
PUEBLO PLUTO (1949 - previously released on the "Three Caballeros" DVD as an extra, but expected to be on this November's "Disney Treasures: Pluto Volume 2 DVD Tin"!)
Way out in the pueblos of the Southwest, Pluto and his puppy friend Ronnie spar for possession of a bone. Pluto gets stuck in a cactus bed and Ronnie leads Pluto out, ending the argument and restoring peace.

Not very entertaining for 2 year-olds., July 6, 2009
This review is from: Classic Cartoon Favorites - Best Pals - Mickey & Pluto: Vol. 12 (DVD)
Hardly any talking and not very entertaining for 2 year-old kids. This is more of a collectors DVD as compared to Elmo, Barney, etc., this is boring. Too bad - they do love Mickey Mouse.
