The nearly five hours of unrestored public domain cartoons in the budget-priced CLASSIC CARTOONS: MADCAP TOONS vary in quality from quite good to fair, with the worst having faded or shifted colors and less-than-perfect audio. The two DVDs contain "full screen" transfers. There are no extras beyond access to individual titles.
