My special needs grandson, Liam, will be seven soon. In spite of not having any background in farming, he has become enthralled with John Deere things. He got a ride-around tractor last year and works diligently around the neighborhood, helping neighbors with the "trailer" behind his tractor. It is a joy to see. He will LOVE looking at all these pictures, even though...

This is a great book for the price. The written history is fascinating, but there are holes if you are interested in post-1950 JD tractors. An annoying characteristic of the book is the duplication of photographs of the same tractor. Overall, I recommend it for tractor enthusiasts.
