When I saw that no one else had reviewed this Classic Doubles two-CD set, I could not resist submitting yet another tribute to Daniel's recording genius. When he put together these two special albums, he chose many selections I would have requested him to sing. He is my favorite singer and recording artist. His easy-listening style of music appeals to many of all ages.

SONGS OF INSPIRATION was first released in 1996 and reached the Number 11 spot on the UK National Pop Chart, as did I BELIEVE released the next year. On the UK Country Charts his albums have quite a record of entering at the Number One spot. He loves to sing and chooses songs and hymns because of their special significance to him personally. But they also touch the hearts of his fans.

"Footsteps" on Disk One, released as a single in 1996, made the UK National Pop Chart. It is a song that will stay with you as will "My Forever Friend", "When I Had You", and "Rivers of Babylon".

I highly recommend this double CD set, as I do all of Daniel's music, videos, and DVD's. Watch for his Specials on PBS, for they are wholesome entertainment for the whole family. Or catch him in Branson, Missouri, or when he is on tour in the States, Canada, UK, and Australia. Or read his book, MY STORY, which Amazon sells. From it, I learned many interesting and fascinating details about his personal life and rise to fame.

The music in this double CD brings joy to both my ears and my heart. The most meaningful quality I find here is Sincerity. I asked my family and friends to listen to "A Little Peace", "My Forever Friend" as well as the other tracks, and they all agreed with me on the merit of Mr O'Donnell's music. Thank you, Daniel, for giving us something worthwhile to listen to.

Love Daniel O'Donnell"s voice. First heard one of his CDs summer of 04 and promptly went out and bought the Classic Double. The songs are upbeat and just beautifully done. I play it over and over again. If you like inspirational music, this is a must.

If you like Daniel O'Donnell and you love Inspirational Music, this is a winner! This is a perfect combination.

I've listened to this CD over and over and over....... I never tire of it! I've enjoyed it so much that I bought several more and have given them as gifts.

Discovered Daniel on PBS....so glad I did, think he is one of the best...dismayed because until PBS had never heard of him. I
find his music inspiring

I have this c.d. on now while ordering songs of faith.I find Daniels music very calming and meaningfull.I learned about Daniel on his P.B.S. show and I am sure I will order more of his products.God Bless you Daniel.

Found these two CD to be very enjoyable especially while driving on a long trip. Well worth my money. Daniel was great as always.

I am a big Daniel O'Donnell fan and this is a great CD. I just recently saw him in Branson and his show was wonderful. I will continue to buy his CD's as he sings some great songs.

Daniel O'Donnell is one of my favorite singers. This CD combo was no disappointment and as good as others of his. The product came in the time described. I would buy from this seller again.
