Christopher Berg is sole author,

I'm the sole author of this book (Christopher Berg). Andreas Berg has written a drum book for Mel Bay, Inc., but I'm not sure how his name became associated with this work. I just thought I'd clear this up (although the screen shot of the cover does make it clear).

I'm not a big fan of Mel Bay books, but this one has a lot of good information and excercises. There enough to provide years of useful learning.
