Over the years I have purchased two copies of this book, the first as a gift for my mother-in-law and after she shared some recipes with me, I had to purchase a second for me. The recipes are easy, but don't equate that with boring. I discover something new every time I open the cover, and I have never been disappointed. This simple Italian fare is just what you would expect or enjoy if you were dining with family in Italy.
