Whether you survived your teenage years listening to these classics from possibly the greatest era of music, or are young enough to only now be enjoying them due to a resurgence of interest by the former group, this is an excellent sample of great songs from the period. While only the tip of the "iceberg" of great 80's songs, this album is a good starting point of a collection, or as an addition to an existing one. I have owned the cassette for a couple of years. Now I find it is available on CD for a dollar more than I paid for the tape. What a bargain!

A great 80's music collection. I stopped listening to pop music in 1985 because I found the music boring. But this CD has music that I enjoyed most. A great CD.
