This review is from: Classic Slide Guitar 3 (Audio CD)
A nice variety of 1920's and 1930's Hawaiian slide guitar, about half of which are instrumentals. I bought it to preview some of Hawaii's traditional slide guitarists before purchasing additonal single artist CD's. There are a few what I would consider "hokie" songs, such as "Home on the Range" and "Railroad Blues", however, the highlight of this CD is Kalama's Quartet's "Hilo Hula" which more than makes up for the underachievers. Great guitar work overall.
