I purchased this book used for half price off the original which was great because I'll only need it for one semester. Arrived in a very timely fashion and in great condition- exceeding my expectations for a book labeled as "Good" quality.

It was very helpful; the book provided abridged versions of studies that defined psychology. The articles provide a brief background are the researchers and the reason behind the study, but the text doesn't provide an explanation of what you read. The chapters and articles numbering systems is a bit confusing, but overall great material if your professor later discusses the articles.
