The glasses are perfect and wonderful case. The first set I got was missing a nose pad. I emailed the company and the customer service was superlative. They sent a new one at no charge and refunded my shipping.

My next pair will definitely be another of these!!!!

I've had these reading glasses for a few weeks now and I think I made a pretty good decision when I picked them. They look very nice, professional, not cheap and have a great "spring hinge" that adds to the wear comfort. They come with a nice, small (easy to carry) leather box that also has a spring hinge to keep it closed (felt lined as well). Really good reading glasses for someone who needs a pair and doesn't want the typical thing you find on your local Rx shelf.

I had ordered two different pairs of reading glasses. One of them was defective. I called the shipper about the problem and the company sent me another pair at no extra charge. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

These are just your basic drugstore reading glasses. But they are nicely made with a cool case
and were delivered promptly by an attentive merchant with a lot of customer concern. A great buy.

I received superior customer service when I discovered that the reading glases that I purchased had been incorrectly labled by the manufacturer. The glasses were quickly replaced with at no cost.

Best readers for the price. A little variance from pair to pair (I ordered multiple sets for different places) in the magnification as they are mass produced but good non-the-less. The lenses are molded into the frames (no screws) but what do you expect from a reader at this price.

If you just want a few good readers to lay around the house, car and office, these are for you!
