I bought this sword as a surprise gift for my husband. It is meant to serve as a reminder of his God-given masculinity. We'll end up displaying it on our wall, but it is very authentic looking. The length is impressive, and the leather feels (and smells) great. I had a scripture engraved on the blade, and the stainless steel held up very well. This sword is exactly what I was hoping it would be, and it accomplishes its purpose perfectly.

This is a big sword and its pretty nice. Definitely a wall hanger but you can take it down and feel the heft of it. The wrappings and handle are real leather and reasonably durable. The blade is nice, straight, and factory sharpened but not to a razors edge. Just a utility sharpening. If you are lookng for a big sword with some movie or historical tie-ins this is a good choice for a very reasonable price. I received mine double boxed and double wrapped so it arrived perfect. Its not a top notch quality sword but it is an excellent value for the money and it looks great on the wall, and feels good in the hands. If you always wanted to get yourself a big sword without breaking the bank this is a good choice.

This sword is very nice for what I paid. Real leather handle and sheath! No plastic at all :) But the only thing I can complain about is the type of metal it is made out of. It is wobbly, because it's so long and the metal is not very hard. it didn't come sharpened, but I can't still yell FRREEEEDOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!! And charge at my enemies, who are completely freaked out because of my painted blue face and bad ass kilt! With my awesome sword in my hand, ready to liberate and seek revenge!!!! Hahahajust kiddin... but really though, very good quality for the price!

the original shipment was damaged and I sent an email to them and it was responded to right away and a new one was sent out. Very good communication and very quick shipping!

I guess for the price it is not too bad. but the picture is a bit nicer, than it is.The blade is not very straight and it is a little wobbly for a sword.But for $37.00 what do you expect? more of a grown up toy, than a sword.I would not try to use it,at ALL it feels like it may break easy.I know a real sword like this,would run $250.00 to $400.00 so not bad.Fast delivery.

This is a fantastic sword for the money. Beautiful and with great detail. A wonderful display piece with the look and feel of the real thing.

The delivery date was said to be between December 19 and January 2. This is a Christmas gift, so I was really worried that it wasn't going to make it in time. But to my surprised relief, my fiancée received it on December 18. Not only did he say that it was well made (realistic looking - the leather was a great touch - and a good size in length/width), but that it reminded him of something. I let him know it was a William Wallace replica and he knew instantly why it was familiar. He loved the movie Braveheart.

I would recommend this product (sold by DreamObjects - which I notice they keep changing the seller so I am not sure of the others) to anyone who has a love of swords and is Scottish at heart. I am completely satisfied. This company went over my expectations (in the product and service) and I will plan on using them in the future.

For the price of the sword it's quite nice. I'm only using it as a wall decoration so it meets all of my needs and looks amazing

I bought this to be a nice looking wall-hanger. It came as advertised, and looks really great. The only problem I have with it is that it feels a little too wobbly for the length of the sword. NOT FOR HORSEPLAY! It makes me worried that it could be broken. Also, the scabbard that comes with it is worthless, but I didn't even know it came with the scabbard, so no harm done.

I have wanted a Braveheart relpica sword for many years. When I saw this one listed for under $50 I thought it was worth trying. I was really pleased when it arrived, the blade is in great shape, not sharp but has a mirror shine, the leather wraps on the handle and blade are of surprising quality. In short, no it isn't sharp, no I don't think it would actually hold up to "fighting", but it looks awsome sitting in my game room. If you are looking for a sword to "battle" with you shouldn't be buying one on Amazon.com anyway.
