Best music on flute,

I have been a follower of Indian music for a few years now. This one in opinion beat all other flute players hollow. I like Mr. Seth's melofy and soleful tuneful playing. It left me fulfilled and relaxed. I would recommend this volume of his to my friends.

This is some of the deepest, most expressive music I've heard in a LONG time. It amazes me how well one man can hold our attention and interest for so long with a string of melodies from one single flute. I never tire of his lines, or the wonderful interplay with the fantastic tabla player. This is musical expression at it's finest.

Not for massage,

I was led to believe that this cd would be relaxing and calm music, however the extremely high notes in parts of the music make it more "sharp" than is comfortable when having massage. This wide range of notes probably is fun for the musicians to play and certainly displays their accomplishments but is rather hard on the ears at times.
