To the lovers of "Al Maqamat Al Iraqia", Farida brings a new fresh breeze to this classic art. The accompanying pamphlet lists the lyrics both in Arabic and English with an English translation which adds to the listener's enjoyment of the songs. These maqamat anchor the listener to a rich base of an 800-year old artform that does not cease to enchant those who are fortunate to enjoy it.
