This 45-minute Classical Stretch workout is designed specifically for the needs of men. This workout is a general level workout that can be done by men of all levels of fitness.
The workout includes stretches for shoulders, groin, hamstrings, hip release, posture, back pain relief, and more. It is easy to follow with exercises that progress as the participant advances. It has been successfuly used by hundreds of high performance athletes, including world Squash Champion Jonathon Power and Olympic diver Alexander Despatie.
Miranda Esmonde-White is the creator of Classical Stretch and host of her US-broadcast television series of the same name. She has been the personal stretch trainer to many top athletes and teams across Canada and Internationally.
Alexandre Despatie is one of Canada's star athletes. Alex won Silver in Diving at the 2004 Olympics and in 2005 became World Champion on the 10 meter, 3 meter and 1 meter setting a world record. He has been practicing Classical Stretch with Miranda for over 5 years.
