Problem with plurality has been discovered independentely half a dozen time by many philophers and scientists since the antiquity. This book regroups all those historical work in the same volume. It allows you to share the tough of Plinus the Younger, Casunus, Borda, Condorcet, Dogson, etc on this critical topic. Due to the historic nature of the paper, some demonstration might be difficult to understand for a modern mind. Nevertheles, they have not lose the validity over time.
We can only hope the conclusions of those giant will be known by the largets number.
