Please ignore the one star rating by the previous puerile reviewers who do not understand that you rate products for content and not by Amazon's service.
This is a must have reference and study book for all Hematologists and Hematopathologists in training and practice the world over. I have even had the fortune to work in the same institution as Dr. Jaffe. A welcomed update!

There is definitely a change in this edition (esp. in the MDS classification). A must have as usual.

The 2008 WHO classification for hematolymphoid neoplasms is an absolute must for every practicing hematopathologist and all general pathologists who sign out lymph nodes or bone marrows. It has wonderful blue box summaries of the main diagnostic points needed. Written by an assembly of world experts in hematopathology it is necessary for your bookshelf!
