This text is a great overview of classroom management models and theories. It doesn't promote one model over another but gives the advantages and disadvantages of each model presented. This would be especially good for an introduction to teaching course.

Was an okay book for beginning teachers, was also good for upcoming administrator on why students misbehave. Book was require text for a class I was taking.

the book was excellent but the packing was not as good as i have expected. there was a slight damage on the cover page. however, it was very usefull
