I have just received the Ulacks and i was a little disappointed. First, the Ulacks (Riddicks Blades) are smaller than expected. The blade is only 9 1/2 Inch and the handle is only 3 3/4 Inches!!! I expected something a little bigger than this, also the black finish comes off VERY VERY EASILY!! I only barely attempted to put a small cut in a piece of wood (just to see how sharp) and the finish nearly all came off from hardly an attempt to cut! So, if your looking for a good cool looking but pointy paper weight than this is perfect, otherwise i don't recommend these. Still nice tho

Although these are among the better quality (relatively speaking) of the Riddick Saber Claws available, they are quite small. They cannot be held comfortably in the hand. However they still, as they should, make a good "wall hanger" or desk display.

I had purchased these roughly 7 months ago. Much like it has been said before, the metal is very soft. to give you somewhat of an idea of the quality of the metal is, I thrusted them into a mattress and the tip of one bent downwards. one was longer than the other, they were somewhat crooked, but is fairly unnoticeable, the handles were wrapped on with a very sticky adhesive which loses it's adhesion from movement and body heat. I would suggest discarding the wrapping on the handles and replacing it. they do fit comfortably, they are fun to look at, and can be sharpened. I wouldn't mistakenly head the advice of one of the reviewers whom said that no one would be confrontational when he is holding them. I'm pretty sure anyone who would break in with indications of violence would have a gun. these are more decorational than any sort of defense. knives, as everyone should know, are false senses of security. if you expect to protect your home, I would get a Taurus 9mm or something
