1.0 out of 5 stars Save your money, November 23, 2004
By Maur (Leawood, KS) - See all my reviews
If I could, I'd give this book 0 stars! It's full of inaccuracies, cartoons, misspelled words, small, blurry pictures, and irrelevant sections. There are nine pages of unanswered questions!

SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy "Learning to Sing" instead.

1.0 out of 5 stars needs a good editor, January 3, 2006
I read everything available about Clay Aiken, and have had a hard time getting this book. However, it was not worth the wait or the effort. The author needs grammar and spelling lessons, and the editor, if there was one, missed an awful lot. The book is not well written, mostly because of the spelling and grammar inaccuracies. However, kudos to the author for her research and investigative perspective.

4.0 out of 5 stars I loved it!, January 30, 2006
I surely disagree with the other two reviews posted as of now. It provided so much information that I did not know about before (and I follow much of everything Clay does). The research she did was fabulous. All the comments from the judges during American Idol, quotes from newspapers about Clay and his fans, background info on his boybod years, school time and American Idol and beyond. Lists of comments from fans, laughter, Clay's various remarks, what his favorite things are (lots of them), his tV appearances, and so much more. I loved it!

1.0 out of 5 stars .... just too hard to navigate....
The author may have done some good research, but this book is WAY too "messed-up" to try to read! As other reviewers have said - just too many misspelled words; punctuation... Read more
