Amazing Album,

I must say, I was surprised when I bought this album. I heard they're track Wake Up from the Universal Soldier: The Return soundtrack. I figured it'd be worth a listen. As much as I enjoy Wake Up, it is no where near as good as the rest of the album! The album mixes modern Metal with Samples and Programming, much like that of Gravity Kills and early KMFDM stuff. Not too much techno, which is great! Really brings out the heavy guitar riffs. Definately worth a listen!

The Clay People are an excellent industrial band. They are also outstanding live. Aswell as nice guys if you get a chance to talk to them.

A triumphant new release from the Clay People...,

I have been an avid fan of the Clay People since their first Restrisction release, Firetribe, and their newest does NOT dissappoint. Dan Neet's haunting and powerful vocals drag the listener, kicking and screaming, to a spooky place where creepy-crawly things will vivisect them over tea. The music is dark and harsh, melodic and heavy - sprinkled liberally with bits of gristle and pieces of bone. I hope to see more of Dan and his unmerry band of golems - I expect great things of them in the future.

This was the first album I ever bought from these guys, and it all started from the Strangeland soundtrack. (Which is excellent too) I think this album is awesome. Totally original sounding band. And if you want this cd for "Awake," that isn't even close to the rest of the beauty on here. Stand-outs include "Damien Grief," "Carbomb," "Raygun Girls," and my favorite "Thread." Check them out!

A band of many genres,

I actually stumbled upon this band when downloading music. Then I listened to their other songs and could never get enough info until now. I think their drummer is very good and their vocalist can do a wide variety of tones.

If there is a band out there that has the resemblance of Disturbed, this is it....I've been listening to the same four songs "Awake, Plug, Car Bomb, and Who Am I?" for months now after file swapping. I had to get my hands on my own copy. I do not regret it one bit. Go ahead, pick up a copy if you can. You will surely be surprised....

I went out and bought their album after catching an awsome performance in the Chicago House of Blues while opening for Jimmy's Chicken Shack. They blend metal and heavy punk into a great listening mix people should definately check out.

The Clay People self-titled CD is worth the money I paid for it. The band uses all the instruments to add to the music, not just to carry it along. The drummer has some interesting and very different drum beats and fills. The lead singer has an odd voice, but it works well. It keeps finding its way into my CD player.
