Product Description

The composition of this pick gives you just enough stiffness to give you those killer power chords, but has just enough give so that you're not busting strings left and right. It is also virtually unbreakable and has a matte finish to prevent slipping!

It just takes some getting used to, but it is causing me to use 2 fingers on one side.

Best picks I have played yet! The feel is great and the rounded edges deliver a killer tone. I have big hands so this is a great pick to hold and feel.

I like these picks for my acoustic electric extra-light and light guage strings where I am "plugged in". I like a lighter touch on the picking/strumming on my playing when plugged in vs. the heavier touch when not. For this reason I use several types of picks and these are my favorite for this specific application. These are thin picks.

These picks are just great. When I jam, I tend to jam hard and most of the picks I've used tend to chip away little by little. These still do, but it's not as bad as most others and when one corner is shot you can turn the pick to use the other two corners since it is symmetrical all around. I would go through one or two picks per jam session lasting a couple hours, with these, one corner will last me a few jam sessions making the lifetime of these picks much much longer than your standard picks. I highly recommend these for those who jam hard on the strings.

These picks take some getting used to but once you do, they are amazing!! Articulation has never been so easy. These picks will take years to wear down!! Well worth the money!!!

For acoustic guitars: After playing for decades using about every pick you can imagine, I happened across these and began playing my 6-string and 12-string acoustics with them. WOW! They give a phenomenally warm tone and power to my acoustics. I have a very hard, powerful attacking style on both of my acoustics - I mean, I literally shred picks, whittling them down in no time - but NOT THESE! They are astoundingly durable and last a very long time.

Also, the larger size of these greatly lessens my propensity to occasionally drop one, as its acetal material really offers a superior sureness of grip. I've tried similar picks made of Ultex - they slip a LOT more. These just give a great feel and excellent grip. And the beveled edges, I think, add for a nicer, smoother sounding strokes. And I just could not believe the difference in volume and tone that these picks make. I never knew what my old six string had in her until I played her with these.

While I've used the 1.52 size - it is a bit stiff, but yet WAY powerful sounding. For lots of strumming and more delicate actions needing a bit more bend, I favor the 1.26 size - gives the power with a bit more give/bend to it.

I've also used these same large, triangler acetals on my archtop - and they sound terrific. After trying these, I was shocked at the difference a guitar pick could make in tone and power.

Next I hope to try some smaller, teardrop Claytons on my electric guitars.

I like large picks - Simple as that - t is hard to find them often, so these fit the bill nicely.

I like playing soft rhythm acoustic in our Praise Band and these get the job done! I would recommend a little thicker pick for unplugged though. I will be ordering more Claytons they out preform the other ones I have used... =)
