I just ordered this (after having seen the aesthetician using this at the salon I go to) and I'm so glad I did. I typically spend about $85 on a leg and bikini wax at the salon (plus tip), so using this one time paid for itself.

Everything was included (except for a thermal sleeve, which I've contacted the seller about, but this is a non-issue), even things you probably don't need, like an instructional DVD.

If you've ever waxed by sticking those "tongue depressor" sticks into a tub of wax then you will appreciate the roll on applicators. There's minimal sticky mess because you're not scooping the wax out of the tub to transfer it to your skin and there's no cooling down and placing in the microwave every other minute.

I wasn't thrilled about the quality of the paper strips as they stuck to my skin more than once, although the air conditioning might have been on a little too high, causing the strips to stick. If the paper is in fact a problem, that isn't a concern either because you can easily order more paper strips from another source.

I plugged in the warmer and set it on the medium setting while I was getting the kids ready for bedtime. By the time everyone was tucked in to bed, the wax was all heated up (the instructions manual says to allow 30 minutes...I didn't get around to it until about an hour later, which was PLENTY of time).

I waxed my legs in the fastest amount of time I have ever done and the layer of wax was perfectly thin. I'm so thrilled about having these constantly heated roll-on applicators!

I wax everything. Legs, arms, underarms, sides of face and top lip (peach fuzz), AND my husbands back. This is bar-none the best way to wax at home. Set it to high for 1/2 hour then turn down to mid-level heat and the wax rolls on gently and thin (key for quick, easy zip off). Comes with manual AND DVD if you're new to this process.

This is the best home/business waxing kit ever! After trying microwavable kits, no heaters, even buying a pot to let wax melt in, I decided to try Clean and Easy due to the few but positive reviews. Let's just say, on the first try I was able to give myself an almost professional looking bikini wax. To me it felt as though it was less painful than other waxing systems (of course, it does have pain, if you are looking to get waxed, none are pain free). And since the wax comes out of a roller, it is extra simple, fast, clean to apply; no worrying if you spread to much with the Popsicle stick, or messy wax everywhere. The kit also comes with everything you would need, wipes to clean the area for before (which actually wasn't included in the description), and lotions for later, the only thing you need that isn't included is talc (baby powder or something). The DVD gives you a quickie introduction to waxing so you know the basics before getting started. Of course, if you have NEVER had anything waxed, it might be better to have it done professionally at least once, so you can see someone do it the right way. All in all, I am extremely pleased! If you are looking to use it at a salon, the instructions and DVD are geared towards using it in a business. If you plan on waxing, this is the way to go!
