Love this!,
When I first started using the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, I said to more than one person, I wish they'd made a mop out of this...of course I never got around to making the suggestion to the manufacturer, but I was so excited to find it in the store today! I had already quick mopped my kitchen, but there are stubborn scuffs that I've ignored for months. I got home, dampened Mr. Clean, and away those marks went! Without scrubbing hard! It works just as good as I thought it would :-)

first of all, to the person that says its too difficult to snap the handle for "mop press" (if you will) back into position and that the upper handle is too difficult to use because it spins around, I say Puuhleeeez!!! Unless you are a 80 lb weakling or a 6 year old, this mop is easy to use. More important, it does an amazing job. I have a very old vinyl floor in my kitchen. Replacing it (in this economy) is way down on my list of priorities. Its not in the best of shape and I dont clean it often. When I do, regular mops just down have the oomph even when I put tremendous pressure on them.
This is the first mop that I've had that does some of the work for you because of its aggressive texture. I'm sold on these babies. I've never been happy with my mops (havent cared all THAT much honestly, I'm a single guy living in a quasi nice house but have a sparkling clean kitchen floor isnt that critical to me). But you know how it is, you walk down the cleaning supplies aisle every now and then and your eyes stumble over a newer mop design that looks like it would be better and you buy it hoping as much (again, for me, that happens every several years - not terribly frequently) - regardless I had built up a three mop collection over the years - none of them really cut the mustard (....stains on my floor teehee) But I am VERY happy with this one. I dont see how someone would be disappointed with this mop. One possibility is that it MAY dull a fancy finish. I don't know a lot about vinyl flooring finishes but I could see how it could remove some of the more shiny, lustrous finishes over time - maybe. I say this because when I have used the sponges in the past on walls, I have noticed that they remove some paint as well - likely just the top most layer - nevertheless, this might be an issue - don't know but I thought I'd mention it. If your vinyl floor manufacturer had specific maintenance instructions, you might wanna give them a call to see what they think of this product. for me, it rocks!

Disappointing,

I too was glad to discover how effective the Magic Erasers are. But the mop is disappointing:
1) After you use the wringer to squeeze the water out of the mop, it takes a ridiculous amount of effort to snap it back onto the handle (and makes quite a noise). And this step isn't optional: if you don't snap it back onto the handle it flops on the floor as you continue mopping. 2) The curved top handle of the mop rotates. While this makes it easier to hang, it makes it very frustrating to use: to get any stability while you mop you have to position your top hand below the top handle, which means the mop handle doesn't feel long enough. I'm only 5'5" & feel like I have to stoop slightly while I mop - not fun. With a little more thought, they could have had a fine product, but as it is, I won't be using this.

Refills don't fit. Buy a Libman instead,
This review is from: Mr Clean Magic Eraser Squeeze Mop (Health and Beauty)
The refills for this mop don't fit because the fittings are badly calibrated. There seems to be no quality control. I bought the mop; bought the refills which didn't fit, took them back twice and was never able to get them to fit.
Buy a Libman, which I think is American made instead. Their refills fit. This mop is just not worth the hassle.

I ordered this mop. It arrived broken and unusuable. The handle was snapped and one of the screws holding the mop on was stripped. I sent a photo of the damage and asked for a new one. I have not received any replies or help. Don't buy anything from this company online--total rip-off.

I love this mop! I knew anything "magic eraser" would be a problem solver. I have white linoleum and it is very hard to maintain with many pets and an ashphalt driveway. No amount of scrubbing, steaming, mopping or touch cleaning would do the trick. I even tried to put a regular "magic eraser" under my steamer but it was too small and wouldn't stay put. Bingo! Mr Clean came up with the answer and I am a happy camper...I mean mopper! Thanks Mr Clean and my "go to store" AMAZON.com

Not a true Mr. Clean product.,

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mop is not actually manufactured by the Mr. Clean brand. Mr. Clean licensed out the "Mr. Clean" name to another company: Butler Home Products.
The mop itself is between average and below average in performance. It is poorly designed and lacks a scrubbing strip to remove tough and dried stains. After attempting to clean the kitchen floor with this mop, I ended up using a Scotch-Brite scouring pad to remove the big stains. I do not recommend this mop to anyone unless your floor is already spotless.

Finally, a clean kitchen floor !!!!,
By

I was using a Magic Eraser in my bathroom. I thought I would try it on what looked like grout stains on the tile. I have tried everything, steam, brushes, baking soda but nothing would take care of the problem until the Magic Eraser and all the stain is gone. So used it on other spots in my kitchen floor that nothing seemed to get them out and sure enough the spots came out.
This got me to thinking about a Magic Eraser mop so I bought one and i just finished using it on my kitchen floor and the ceramic tile has never looked so clean. No matter what I used steam, tile cleaner, water with denatured alcohol my tile still looked dirty with spots on it but with this mop followed by drying it with a towel that I use under another mop I have no spots !!!!. I am embarrassed to say that I changed out my water four times, that is how dirty my floor was and I clean my floor twice a week. I used a little bit of denatured alcohol and Mrs Meyers Clean Day lemon scent in the water and I don't think my floors have ever been this clean. I highly recommend this product.....I am a happy camper !!!!!

Worst mop I have ever used.,
By
This review is from: Mr Clean Magic Eraser Squeeze Mop (Health and Beauty)
I love Magic Erasers, so I thought that I would love this mop. Design flaws make it a chore to use. The contraption used to ring out the wet mop takes a lot of effort, hollow parts hold water that pours out on the floor (or my feet,) and it snaps into place with difficulty. I used it once, and I am done. Never again.

poorly designed,
This review is from: Mr Clean Magic Eraser Squeeze Mop (Health and Beauty)
I bought this mop as I thought it looked sleek and clean. I've used it twice and am disappointed with what I consider design flaws. There really is no need for the side flaps. All those do is trap water you've squeezed. Then, you have to wait to ensure the water drains before you begin mopping. Those two screws on the top of the mop are too high!! They keep getting caught under the cupboards. If those two things were eliminated, the mop would be fine. Eliminate the side flaps on the squeezer, and lower the two tops screws.
