If you are taking any kind of medication be aware that this product might make it less potent. Since everything goes through you a lot faster a serious medication might not work. I found out the hard way.

I do have a mixed feeling about this product. It did clean your system pretty well at the beginning. I had to go to the bathroom 5 times a day for the 2nd and 3rd day. ( it started to decrease when your body is getting used to it)I lost about 3 pounds within a week and half and my stomach was less bloated.
However, things got worse about 2 weeks aftering taking this product. My stools became REALLY hard, and I was constipated. ( I didn't have any problem going to bathroom before taking the product) That was why I stopped using the product. It took 3 days for my schedule to go back to normal!!!
It has been 2 weeks since I stopped using the pills, and my weight only went back up 1/2 pound. So... I guess is a good thing;)

I THINK THE CO CLEAN IS A GREAT PRODUCT , I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY I HAVE LOST 10LBS ON IT SO FAR I JUST ABOUT DONE WITH MY 4WK. I WILL WAIT FOR 10-14 DAYS AND REORDER THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.
