I was very pleased with this item. It does what it is suppose to do, so no complaints. UMD's are hard as heck to clean unless you crack open the case, then you have a broken case. The only thing this could use is something to replace the sponge with to go over after you clean it to wipe any film off (I used a cd cleaning solution of a different brand because the one that came with this was empty).
