The information in this book is fascinating, yet so true. After reading it, both my husband and I decided to try the month long cleanse program. It was simple, yet one of the most effective short term programs we have ever done for our health. Just reading the book will bring amazement to the amount and type of toxins we carry around with us much of our lives. You may hear a lot about colon cleansing. This program cleanses every organ without any medication. Read this before you go to a doctor again.

The best cleanse program going. Don't look for a fad diet or miracle cures here, just possibly the best advise available concerning your health. Although flawed when making spiritual declarations (be prepare to "rightly divide"), it is well worth reading for anyone who is serious about taking charge of their own health destiny. Highly recommended!

THIS BOOK HAS THE ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS. AFTER FOLLOWING THE BOOKS'S SUGGESTINGS AND GOING THROUGH A CLEANSE, THE READER WILL BE ABSOLUTELY ECSTATIC WITH THE RESULTS. THE READER WILL DESIRE TO SHARE THE RESULTS WITH OTHERS. DON'T MISS READING THIS BOOK!

Dr. Richard Anderson's book on cleansing is very interesting and has a lot of valuable information on health, toxicity, disease, anatomy, food, aging, etc. The book indicates that there are four phases of cleansing the body. What you won't find in this book are the actual instructions and herbal formulas for doing a cleanse. Appendix II has a list of herbs and ingredients, but it says not to prepare your own herbs using equal parts. It also does not say which of the herbs are appropriate for each of the four phases. So without actual instructions and herb formulas the book leaves out the most important information. Also, in several places the book says to contact the office (such as the program for cleansing heavy metals (page 9-223) and an effective gall bladder/liver flush (page 12-265). There is no contact info in the book. I did a web search and found a site which appeared to be Dr. Anderson's site. However they only sell the author's books and not any herbal formulas. When I contacted them, their response was to do a web search for Richard Anderson.

No doubt, that is the most enlightening book on health, nutrition and spiritual guidance I've ever read. A must read!
