This is a easy to read book. It not overwhelming for the someone who wants to change their life style. It simplifies things for any common person. Like I said, "If you read the book, you have No excuse". I got post it notes tagged all over the book. I used a RED pen to circle points of priority. I used the inside cover to write all the Good Choices of foods to buy. Thanks for the great start for the rest of my life!!!!
