New, Creative Way to Enjoy Yoga
Thought these cards were great! Arranged by type of pose, color coded and nicely presented in innovative format. Probably not the best for Beginners as only one picture per pose and only brief descriptions, however, for anyone who knows the basics this is a great new way to enjoy your time on the mat. I bought these thinking it would be a great idea to arrange cards to create my own sequence of Asanas based on what my body needed at the moment and to jog my memory of poses I don't typically do, but should add. Unfortunately, it seems that the creator of these cards has come up with her own names for the poses and presents the package in a very confusing manner. If you're used to a more traditional style, like Iyengar, you'd be better off with a Yoga Journal video (for example, guided by someone like Rodney Yee or Patricia Walden) or a book.
