I purchased the Clear Cup Tealight Candles Navy Blueberry Scent (Set of 25), but the Product Page is no longer here, so I'm writing my review on the Set of 50 Page as the only difference is the quantity; the product exactly the same.
I have an extremely acute sense of smell, and believe me, sometimes that's a curse rather than a blessing.
Perhaps I received a bad batch of the Blueberry Scented Tealight Candles, because I find the scent to be very faint. I've used them in my small Powder Room and in my drawers (as Potpourri) and could barely smell anything.
I purchased these tealight candles, based on the reviews I read on this page, and thought: This is Fantastic! If five people found the aromas to be strong enough without being overpowering or overwhelming, I'll be able to smell them with no problem at all.
Even when I opened the original plastic, the 25 tealights were shipped in, I could hardly smell the blueberry scent. And that should have hit me in the face with all those scented tealights in a plastic bag.
The reason I gave the candles a two star rating, instead of one, is because the tealights do last. I get over five - close to six hours of burn time with them
Maybe I really did get a bad batch.
If the Seller brings the Sets of 25 back to Amazon (It appears as though all the scents in 25-Counts are "Currently Unavailable", I'd be glad to order them and try them again. I'd love to be able to come back and amend my review and give them a Five Star rating. But I'm not gonna order the Set of 50, only to go through the hassle of sending them back, if they too have a weak scent. :(
I'm happy that the other five Reviewers were satisfied with the strength of the scents that they purchased.
Thanks,
Denise
