Ok so i am a military member and body piercings (except ears for girls) are a definate NO. You can get into MAJOR MAJOR trouble because its in the uniform code that its not allowed. But my tongue has been pierced for ever and i had invested way to much money in rings to just let it close on me. For a while i was wearing the clear ball and the clear rod until one day i got pulled into my commanders office and he told me if he ever sees it again i was going to get paper work (YIKES!). So i bought this baby and let me tell you NO ONE KNOWS!!!! i laugh and talk all the time... and i work in the commanders office so im always talking to officers and higher ups!... Yeah the little o-ring is annoying to get on and it does fall off at times but it really doesnt matter to me. I dont wear the o-ring anyways i just stick the retainer in through the bottom and im on my way. so for me this product is GREAT! hope this review helps...

This is good for work. But, before you eat or chew gum take it out. I shallowed the bottom ring all the time!

this product is great for when you go to work and what to look more perfessional. the price is wonderful for two of them as well. it arrived early, i really enjoy this product and i recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their peircing but "hide"it when needed.

okay so i just got this in the mail this morning and the first thing i noticed is that it is very flexable which is a very good thing cause it wont clank off your teeth. After i inspected it for a little whilei put it in and i swear you cant see it at all. The only possible way you can see it is if you go very close and look which I expected because its not invisible of course. And the little rubber ring for the bottom is actually very easy to put on. Another good thing about it s that you can eat with it on. I was expecting the ring to fall off when i was eating and swallow it but it stayed very secure and in place. It does come loose throughout the day but thats okay cause the regular acrylic balls do that too so I'm kind of used to that. And if the Ring is too hard for you to put on you can just use a clear ball to secure it on. Any way if you are looking for a retainer I HIGHLY suggest you get this one! Btw I'm fourteen and cant have certain piercings in school so this helped alot. :)))

So i ordered from this company less than a week ago. Currently i am in afghanistan and i was expecting to get this order between the 19 of jan and the 2 of feb. i got it on the 11th of jan!
So i opened my package and well it said these came as a pair. i though that they came as a tongue retainer and circular piece to hold the retainer on..wrong there was 2 in a bag! so i ordered 5 and got 10!
As far as the product they work well! and you cant see them when i wear them

This clear retainer is really comfortable to the point where sometimes you forget you're wearing it. It's lack of color makes it hard for others to notice.

Sent something completely different from the discription. The product I got still works but not what was advertised. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known.

Terrible. Hate is in accurate and it is longer than normal tongue retainers. The flat disc bottom also makes for a great edge to tear up the bottom of ur mouth... I would recommend buyers find somewhere else to purchase retainers. I was very disappointed.

This is the most useful piece of plastic I've ever owned. Some people complain that the bottom comes off too easily... but I ordered this for Thanksgiving of last year; it lasted all through the meal and every day I have work. It's basically a clear tube with a flat circle to keep it from sliding out. At the bottom is a tiny little circle with a hole it in that you put at the bottom of the tube (in the picture it's upside down). The only way you notice it is if you stick your tongue way out then you can see the little circle of plastic. Of course, even if you didn't have a tongue ring in you would be able to tell that you had it pierced anyway. It's the best retainer I've ever worn.
